To add to the “real world” experience, we’re blogging about our day. We did three big interviews today and I asked the kiddies to give their opinion of which one they liked best. They said:
Jack Roberts, executive director of the Michigan High School Athletic Association
Kevin said “It was the most relevant to our lives.”
Ashton Henderson, senior cornerback on the MSU football team
Sarah said “He had an interesting background, and gave a lot of insight into college athletics.”
Lexi said “He was honest and open about his personal beliefs and his struggles through college.”
Danielle said “I love sports so I knew about it (what he was talking about).”
Kenneth said “I like that interview most because I play football.”
Jerry said “He was very nice, answered each question to the best of his knowledge and ended up giving me great advice.”
Klara said “He was very insightful and inspiring. He surprised me with his answers.”
Mike Morelli, the second Biggest Loser
Sarah said “I felt his was the most relatable for me as a high school student.”
Kellee said “He was funny and knew what teenagers were really interested in. He focused on that.”
Katie said “He seemed very inspiring.”
Aly said “It went more in-depth into the details I wanted to know more about.”
Aaron said “I watched the show and though I can’t relate to weight loss, it teaches you perseverance and that you can change.”
